In order to maintain candid openness in the group, we only accept non-competing professionals.
We keep to an admissions process to keep standards high.


Confidentiality
We all have clients that need to maintain their investments in us. Confidentiality will be the basis for thinking freely and sharing ideas. Every member of the group must be covered by the DesignBox Confidentiality Agreement.

Contribution
Members should attend the weekly brainstorm meeting (up to 2 hours) or else put an hour of service per week into the facilities. If you miss a meeting, then you must contribute to DesignBox for 2 hours that week in some other helpful way.

Professional Atmosphere
We expect clients to be visiting, and members may be working at odd hours, so we should always maintain the box as a fun but professional atmosphere.

Interaction
Members will work for others / contract others in the box for up to 10 hrs /wk at an agreed upon group rate. Any work beyond this can be negotiated specifically.

Open for Ideas
Members should not knowingly compete with other DesignBox members outside their stated practice areas.

Promotion
Members will help with Gallery events, and other group efforts.
