13th Annual Brand Fandango: Call for Brands

Every December Designbox expands the shop for the holiday and gift giving season into what we call BRAND FANDANGO! This will be our 13th year and we are excited to bring in special & new vendors into the shop for the month!

What are we looking for?
• local brands, products and items that would make great holiday gifts
• Retail prices that generally come in at less than $100 (will consider higher prices too)
• We will make our choices based on quality, marketability and product variety.

Our terms and requirements:
• APP DEADLINE: Friday Oct 31 (vendors notified by Fri Nov 7).
• Product delivered to Designbox between Tues Nov 18–Tue Nov 25 (scheduled ahead of time)
• Product should be accompanied by a printed inventory list in Excel with each item named, priced for retail sale and quantities noted (further information will be provided upon acceptance)
• Brand Fandango show opens First Friday Dec 5 through Friday Jan 2 (closed mostly from Dec 23-Jan 1)
• Product is provided on consignment basis.
• Vendors receive 60% of sale price (not including tax), Designbox receives 40%. PLEASE price product with this understanding
• Vendor agreement provided once accepted with signatures required of vendor and Designbox
• Payments made last week of January 2014
• Product picked up by vendors second week of January 2014 (scheduled ahead of time)

I accept the following terms & conditions.
• I release these photos for Designbox to use in Brand Fandango marketing.
• Product will be delivered by you to Designbox by appointment Nov 19-26 2014.
• Product is received on a consignment basis and payment is only for that which is sold.
• Payment will be 40% of the retail price of items sold.
• Payments will be mailed out at the end of January 2015.
• Unsold product will be returned by appointment through the latter half of January 2015.
